Relocation Project for Gordon Brothers

Location: Wigmore Street, London
Office design project for Gordon Brothers' relocation to their new premises in Wigmore Street, London.
Week 1
All health and safety information including Risk Assessments and Method Statements are handed over to building management at the initial site meeting. Site Up includes protecting existing surfaces, briefing all site staff on safety issues and building protocol.
Landlord’s consent is received and works can commence.
Week 2
The raised floor is lifted and electrical buzzbar power track is laid. The independent wall mounted air conditioning unit is installed in the new Comms Room location.
Week 3
The existing air conditioning is delivered to the floor via linear grilles which will be within proposed cellular spaces so ducts are re-routed and terminated at new 600 x 600 four way grilles within the open plan area to maximise air distribution.
Week 4
Data cabling is laid within the raised floor void and terminated within new cabinets in the comms room.
Week 5
Partitions are constructed to form cellular offices, meeting rooms and stores.
Week 6
New circuits are installed for feature lighting and columns chased for wall mounted uplights. The tea station kitchen units are constructed and installed.
Week 7
Feature wall coverings are hung on new partitions and central columns to bring colour to the area. Furniture is ordered.
